When we went to see him April 19th, at that time he was very weak and so close to death I didn’t know if he would make it through the day. All Organic Pumpkin Pie
ALMOND MILK: All you need is 1 cup raw organic Almonds, 3 cups of water, Vanilla to taste a dash of mineral salt and a dash of stevia to taste and a cheese cloth. (Oh! and a high powered blender like a Vita Mix or a Total Blender) Soak the almonds for 6 hours or overnight if you wish. Then pour the almonds and the water into the blender and chop, then mix on high for about 30 – 45 sec. (we did this, added the vanilla and stevia and salt and then blended for about another 20 sec)
If it tastes yummy have a large glass bowl handy – slowly pour the “milk” and filter it through the cheese cloth.

2013 – Vital life protocol
